TRIBUTES POUR IN AS CANNOCK TAXI FIRM MOURNS LOSS OF TWO COLLEAGUES

A local taxi firm in Staffordshire is in mourning following the sudden deaths of two well-known members of its team.

Corkys Cars, based in Cannock, shared the news over the Easter weekend, identifying the two men as Jumbo and Darren Russell, who was affectionately known to friends and colleagues as "Jack."

The double tragedy has sent shockwaves through the business and the wider community.

In a poignant tribute shared on social media, the company expressed the deep sense of loss felt by the entire staff. "It’s been a truly heartbreaking weekend for everyone at Corkys Cars," the firm stated.

The company described the pair as "two of the most amazing people you could ever wish to meet — both taken far too soon."

While the specific details surrounding the deaths have not been released, the firm extended its support to those grieving, adding: "Our thoughts and prayers are with their families, friends, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing them during this incredibly difficult time.

"You will both be deeply missed and never forgotten."

All at PHTM send our sincere condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of Jumbo and Darren Russell at this sad time.
