Stirling Taxis has gone the extra mile to ensure that their customers are safe whilst on their travels.
The company advised its customers via social media that it has fitted its fleet with protective shields and it has bought a large amount of face masks, which are available to any customer who does not have one, at a cost of 30p.
Joint managers Craig and Nicole Haire said: “We have bought face masks in bulk to be able to get them for a reasonable price. It allows our passengers to stay compliant with the new laws if they have been caught out and need a taxi without planning in advance.”
The taxi company also highlighted their use of contactless payments and alcohol gel, which will be made available to all customers.
Craig and Nicole Haire said that safety is the number one priority during this unprecedented time.
They added: “We have been trying our best to keep our staff and drivers as safe as possible. We have also managed to get all of our dispatchers working from home.”
